Probative Edge Ltd provides customised AI solutions tailored to meet your business needs. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Workflow analysis.

  • Development and integration of AI solutions.

  • Post-deployment maintenance and optimisation.

  • SEO

  • Web Development

  • Logos & Branding

  • Marketing Materials

  • Specialised Landing Pages


Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in a separate agreement or project proposal.


3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution.

  • Use our solutions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Avoid misuse or reverse engineering of provided solutions.


4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.

  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 8% per day.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights related to solutions created by Probative Edge Ltd remain the property of Probative Edge Ltd until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, the client will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered solutions.


  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it solely for the purpose of project execution. This includes business data, proprietary processes, and other sensitive information shared during the project.


7. Limitation of Liability

Probative Edge Ltd is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Losses resulting from the misuse of AI solutions by the client or third parties.

  • Any delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or technical disruptions.


  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 90 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

  • Probative Edge Ltd will deliver all completed work and materials already paid for by the client.


  1. Modifications

Probative Edge Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after such modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United kingdom.
